Hello again, (I didn't recieve and answer yet)
I have these questions

1. What is the best way to translate?
I read it (http://www.phpgroupware.org/cvsdemo/phpgwapi/doc/lang_files.txt),
but what the best way now ?
- Use lang.sql file and place russian variants to it,
- create additional ru_translate.sql or lang_ru.sql
- Where this file should be located ? (projects - in doc, bookkeeping -
setup, chat - root)
2. What I can do with UTF problems described below?
It is very important for me now.
3. Mystic
I worked with projects module yesterday and add some Activities, today I
can't find Activities link (although my activities present in Add project
page)
Projects Jobs Delivery Billing Statistics Archive
Activities was a first link yesterday...
What could happen ? And silly question - what asterix after keywords on
page means ?
4. And big problem...
There a big groupware open source project - TUTOS. (www.tutos.org) More
features for project managament - more of them are mandatory for me now. But
project was written as embed script into HTML, as result - it cannot be
scaled and too many HTML bugs, awesome... You project well thought-out and
haven't such problems.

What we need - you have projects module, well, but I didn't find how I (team
manager) can see who is under heavy load now, and who is can be responsible
for the next task (job of a project).
At the same time, you have ToDo module, with acceptable level of
visualization of load of single person.
What can do:
1. Add to projects module ability to see job load of user_group members
(kinda ToDo but for all members in one group, may be it is better to realize
via Global Categories, but we'll need to tie users with global categorie and
I think it will be the same as existing user_group)
2. Add to ToDo load module following feature - on To Do page, user will see
not only own jobs, but jobs assigned to him from projects module
3. When new job assigned to user, does he receive a notification by letter ?

We can take care about these canges, but these two modules written by
different people, and all changes should be discussed with many people. As
author of some programs, I can see that I better change code myself than
allow others to modify core of it. Any comments ?
