I have a new installation of 0.9.14. I followed the
instructions in the INSTALL document. When I get to the
application setup page, it says that I have no
applications set up and to click on the install button.
I do so but when I check the install (Re-check
installation) it says that I have no applications
isnstalled. When I click on the install button again, I
get an error saying that the tables have already been
created. I'm not sure what the problem is.
