Running 0.9.14 RC2. Administrator. And regular user 
accounts.

Interface choice not being taken into account.

Regardless of whether there is a forced interface 
choice or not.

Interface is stuck at idsociety (previous choice prior 
to 0.9.14 installation).

Is there something I need to change?
