I followed the documention, create user and database
phpgroupware with password phpgroupware, but at
setup/admin login I get;

Database error: Link-ID == false, pconnect failed
PostgreSQL Error: 0 ()

Session halted.

I asked a friend and he saind the database is not
allowing the connection, but he won't help to fix it. 
So how do I fix it?
