I prepare a mail
I go into the address book.
I select a CATEGORY.

If the category contains hundreds of contact, i want
3 buttons:

SEND ALL SELECTION 'TO'
SEND ALL SELECTION 'CC'
SEND ALL SELECTION 'BCC'

Otherwise how can i really select all contacts, 30 
after 30 if the selection contains 1234 contacts ?
