Original Submission: I have a redhat 7.3 distro, and have installed the rc4,
with all aplications.
I can log in as admin, but several of the menus under administration does not
work, this list are the ones that go wrong, with their error message.

Template Error: loadfile: row is not a valid handle.
user groups
Template Error: loadfile: row is not a valid handle.
Applications
Template Error: loadfile: row is not a valid handle.
Change main screen message

View sessions

is this an upgrade from an earlier version? I found that upgrading causes this
type of error message when using different templates
