Summary:  Nothing is displayed after logging in

Original Submission:  I have recently installed phpgroupware on my server 
(running Win XP Pro with Apache, PHP4, and MySQL) and I am having trouble. 
After logging in I am taken to the normal phpgroupware screen except all I can 
see and interact with is the top menu bar. Any ideas?
