Iam getting kinda same msg when I point my browser to 
http://"mydomain"/phpgroupware/setup/

Template Error: filename: file ../setup/templates/default/head.tpl does not 
exist.
Halted.

My System is
GNU/Linux REDHAT 8 
Apache 2.0 {./configure --prefix=/var/www }
PHP Version 4.2.3 {./configure' '--with-mysql' '--with-apxs2'}
MYSQL ver 11.18 distrib 3.23.52

on the configuration of the header file.
i point my browser to http://localhost/phpgroupware/setup/
i set the password for the header.inc.php and the db.
I click on write config.
and the error show.

the only change were the change on the header.inc.php DB password.

Hi None,

Can you please provide some more information about this problem.  Such as:

What stage of the setup process this problem occurred.  
Was there any output, before/after the error was displayed?
