not provide the features that are required to properly manage bug

Greetings:

We have installed the 0.9.14 version of phpGW.  
Everything seems to be working ok except:

We have mail 
configure to collect mail from a qmail pop server at another ip.  We 
can collect and send, etc email BUT are unable to delete items.  
We'll be glad to rtfm if someone might be kind enough to point us in 
the right direction.

Of course, if someone has seen this 
problem before and knows that quick fix we'd love to hear 
that!
