Summary: Problems when selecting a category

When I try to change to current category in the 
following applications: Notes, ToDo and Projects. I 
get following weird error:

Database error: Invalid SQL: SELECT * FROM phpgw_todo 
WHERE ( todo_owner=7 OR (todo_access='public' AND 
todo_owner in(7))) AND todo_cat='11cat_id=11' 
PostgreSQL Error: 1 (ERROR: pg_atoi: error 
in "11cat_id=11": can't parse "cat_id=11" )

I came to the conclusion that "todo_cat='11cat_id=11'" 
should be "todo_cat='11'". At first I tought it was a 
bug, but I seem to be the only one who has this 
problem. 

My configuration is: Redhat 8.0 with Apache 2.0.40, HP 
4.2.2 and Postgresql 7.2.3
