Hi,

phpGroupWare does not support postgreSql 7.3.x at the moment.
See http://www.phpgroupware.org/wiki/KnownIssues+0.9.14

You can use the mysql db from the SuSE 8.2 or try to get rpm's for a 7.2 
postgreSql.

We plan to fix that for the .16 release end of may.

Btw. please dont write to the tracker-mailinglist direct, use the bug 
tracker on savannah (Link see support at http://www.phpgroupware.org). 
This bug is already reported there.
