Hi,
phpGroupWare does not support postgreSql 7.3.x at the moment.
See http://www.phpgroupware.org/wiki/KnownIssues+0.9.14
You can use the mysql db from the SuSE 8.2 or try to get rpm's for a 7.2
postgreSql.
We plan to fix that for the .16 release end of may.
Ralf
Btw. please dont write to the tracker-mailinglist direct, use the bug
tracker on savannah (Link see support at http://www.phpgroupware.org).
This bug is already reported there.

This comes intermittently after I've setup 0.9.14.002 on two different SuSE
8.2 machines.
SuSE 8.2 comes with
apache version - 1.3.27
php version - 4.3.1
Postgresql version - 7.3.2
I have not found the same fault with
apache version - 1.3.27
php version - 4.3.1
Mysql version - 3.23.55
