Summary: can't install applications with internet explorer 5.0

Original Submission: I downloaded the CVS, forgot my admin passwd and was
reinstalling and after resetting all of the files and dropping the database I
was using internet explorer to try and install the applications, it let me
login to the admin screen and then it says the database is setup no
applications installed. I click on install and it kicks me back to the previous
screen and I log in again and it repeats itself. I try it with mozilla to see
if it has something to do with the browser and wallah it installs the database.
I don't know what the cause of this is, but I thought I would submit it to be
reviewed.
