Summary: Problem downloading file in phpwebhosting with IE.

Original Submission: I'm using PHPGroupWare via ssl, and i'm experimented some
trouble using it with MS IE browser.

Seems a known problem with IE and SSL, see:

https://www.redhat.com/support/resources/faqs/stronghold3/browser_faq.html#securemsie

you can experiment with the bug triyng to download the file at link in bottom
page of:

http://www.ac.concordia-pordenone.it/index.php?page_name=Biennale2

note that is a browser problem (with mozilla work very well!), and seems this
is only a problem with some content, you can see:

http://www.ac.concordia-pordenone.it/index.php?page_name=Vince

that use again a file uploaded to PHPWebHosting, but within an IMG tag and not
a A tag.

This is not a sitemgr problem, you can enter PHPGroupWare with the right link
on top menu, go to PHPWebHosting and see the same problem.

Many thanks.
