Summary: phpwebhosting uses incorrect url when url left blank in configuration

Original Submission: Because I use phpgroupware both locally and remotely
(through a firewall) and I use an ip address instead of domain name (home cable
modem company will not allow domain name associated with ip address), I cannot
connect to phpgroupware when I fill in an address in the url section of
configuration unless I am using that specific url. So if I use the local ip
address, I cannot connect remotely and vice versa.

However, if the url is left blank in configuration, then whenever I click on an
item (such as "edit comments") I get an error message:
An error occured while loading
https://phpwebhosting/index.php?path=L2hvbWUvc2N6amQ%3D:

Unknown host phpwebhosting

No other program within phpgroupware seems to have this problem that I know of.
