If I have the todo list enabled - clicking on it, from 
any account receives the following message. With the 
previous version of phpgroupware - this application 
worked without problem.

There seems to be a typo in
phpgroupware/todo/inc/class.ui.inc.php, line 486. I changed
the line to
if ($values['edate'] && $values['edate'] != 0)

and this seems to have fixed it.
