Summary:  TTS Tickets not visable after submitting

Original Submission:  Submitting a Ticket works fine. When viewing all tickets 
it says x number of tickets can be found (the correct number). However none of 
them are shown in the list. No error is reported, only no visible tickets. This 
is a new installation, on the latest version. Any ideas?
