Heya all,

This patch give some enhancement to news_admin :

 * Performance improvement with calling some functions only when needed and
not in the constructor (ie getList()). Without it it unuseable with huge LDAP
system ...

 * Allow the use of icons for categories when reading all news (prefixing it
by [icon] or the categoy name if no images are available) put the icon under
the news_admin/templates/default/images/news-#CATNAME#.{png,gif,...}

and they will appear magically :).

 * Move the Read All news at the beginning of the list, because when you have
thousand of categories, it's easier when it's the first entry.

Please test it and give feedback.

I put the entries in the template, so customisation should be simply done (so
no html code in php ;).
