[Phpgroupware-users] i can't attach my files when i sending email.

hai, now i was face one problem that i can't attach my
files when i want to send it together with my mail.
after i click "Choose" button and choose the file and
then i click on "Attach File" it will showed me this
following error:

So if i continue click on "Done" and  click on "send"
it will showed me following error:
