[platform-testers] new snapshot available: coreutils-8.23.237-eff51

We plan to release coreutils-8.24 in about a week, so any testing
you can do on various different systems between now and then
would be most welcome.

Unfortunately shared testing resources have become unavailable recently:
  gcc compile farm:
    many missing systems and others have unusably slow net access
  http://hydra.nixos.org/jobset/gnu/coreutils-master:
    slow and logs unavailable from failing builds
  $university math dept. provided access to many UNIX flavors
    my ssh key is being rejected very recently
If any have insight into the above issues it would be appreciated.
