Manual is online

Hi people!

Last night I uploaded the online poke manual, corresponding to the
pre-release 0.91.

The manual is available at:

  http://www.jemarch.net/poke-0.91-manual

The idea is to add a directory per release, poke-1.0-manual,
poke-1.1-manual, and so on, and to keep the old ones.

The current release is always listed in the Current Release section in
the poke homepage:

  http://www.jemarch.net

Along with a link [manual].

Finally, http://www.gnu.org/manual has a link to the poke homepage.

I hope this makes it easy for people to find the online manual.
