If we are going to list specifics like the list of configurations tested
in HACKING, we will need a comment at the buildbot side asking people to
please send a patch to update poke's hacking file whenever they change
the list of targets tested, add new tests, etc.  Otherwise this will
quickly go outdated.

Alternatively, we can refer from HACKING to the buildbot script for
these details.  That has the advantage of not duplicating info.
