Details:

This change allows one to run syntax from the GUI... use the Run->All menu
from the syntax editor.

RANK is a good command to use, to see how it works.

After you've run a procedure, it'll leave the GUI in a rather unstable state
(it'll probably crash on the next mouse click), because it's all procedures
are returning fastfiles rather than flexifiles which the GUI expects.  To fix
this, we need to implement an abstract factory for the casefiles, as
previously discussed.

Anyway, I'm proposing to commit  this patch, bugs and all, and deal with
those issues later.
