The following test fails on OBSD, 64-bit x86:
/tmp/pspp-tst-9723/float-format.pspp:13: error: DEBUG FLOAT FORMAT: Direct
conversion of fffffffffffffffe from ZL to ZS should have produced fffffffe but
actually produced ff00ffff.
Errors (123) exceeds limit (100).
