Bruno Haible checked in the gnulib module (with revisions).  I
checked in a patch to PSPP that adds the tmpfile module to Smake.
This fixes FLIP and possibly one or two other tests on mingw.

If you update PSPP from CVS, you'll also need to update gnulib.
