Currently PSPP accepts but ignores the {LAYERED | SEPERATE} keywords
on SPLIT FILE. In order for the gui to be self consistent, we need to
store these somewhere. How about a pair of methods in dicitonary.c to
do this?
Or perhaps, we could reduce the number of methods on
dictionary, if we define a "struct split" which can get and set it?
