It will run from the build directory, so long as the .glade files and
other data files are installed where the binary 
expects (ie, under ${prefix}/share/pspp).
     
     I think that this problem is already on the list of things we'd
     like to fix before release, at least to the extent that the error
     message is improved.  Good to know that I'm not the only one who
     gets caught by it though.

Maybe I'll add check to make sure that it can find .glade files.  The
others (such as icons) it should run without.
