Some of these dialogs have a add-change-remove feature, which looks
like:

There's one currently in the value labels dialog.

This can be quite a tedious mechanism to do, so I'll try and write a 
module  (perhaps as a custom widget) which does this for us.  In the mean time
I suggest you work on the bits which don't have this.
