Details:

Here is a series of patches that prepare for and then implement GET
DATA/TYPE=TXT.  This is a preparatory step for GUI-based textual data file
reading.

The patches should be applied in the following order:

data-reader-percent.patch
lex-id-match-n.patch
get-data-separate-command.patch
column-range-base.patch
get-data-type-txt.patch

Each patch has a brief comment at the top describing its purpose.  The final
patch is the big one.
