Yeah, it's not a very useful interface.  If you go to 

http://svn.gnome.org/svn/gtk+/trunk/gtk/gtk-builder-convert

you can get the latest version, or http://svn.gnome.org/svn/gtk+/tags
lets you navigate to an arbitrary released version.

     Well, the log message from revision 19924, "Properly convert
     GtkImageMenuItems which use stock labels but don't have any

When I use any version prior to that revision, gtk-builder-convert fails
to even complete on all files.
