Hi Bob,

Thanks for your offer.  Note that PSPP is part of the GNU project, whose
ideals are quite different to those of the open source movement.  However
we accept help from anyone regardless of their ideals.

There are a number of ways in which you can help:
* Documentation - particularly tutorial documentation.
* Testing and reporting bugs.
* Writing code - for example many statistical procedures are lacking.
* or simply spreading the word.

What kind of help did you have in mind?
