I think the information contained therein should be presented in a
more concise form.  A number of things could be done:

* I don't think it's necessary to mention minor (unreleased) versions.
* Instead of lots of entries of the form "The XXX command is not implemented",
 we could have "New commands: XXX, YYY ...."
