Thanks for reporting a bug and providing a patch.
I think that this bug and the patch are about spread-sheet-widget, which
means that they should probably be sent to address@hidden, the
spread-sheet-widget mailing list. The author of spread-sheet-widget,
John Darrington, is also an author of PSPP, though, so perhaps he will
see what you have posted here without needing it to be sent to that
list.
