I was able to import it successfully using File|Import Delimited
Text Data in the PSPPIRE GUI.  I didn't get good variable names
for the columns that have numeric names.  You could fix that
pretty easily just by editing the first line of the file with a
text editor before importing it.

I didn't have a problem with that, can you be more specific?

I saw all the rows.

This sounds like a bug that we have only been able to spot on
Windows, and only intermittently.  It actually sounded like,
before, this was a bug that was fixed by bringing the computer's
OS up-to-date with Windows Update.  Is your computer up-to-date?
