I'm sorry to hear that. I suggest that you uninstall your current
version, and re-install the version you had previously.
It would be great however if you could file a bug report stating
clearly:
* Exactly which version causes you problems.
* Which kernel and which operating system are you running.
* HOW you are prevented from "using your data".
That is to say:
- What kind of data it is that you are using;
- How you are trying to use it;
- Exactly what happens when you do that.
and
- How that differs from what you expected to happen.
If you submit such a report, then it is likely that the problem
(whatever it is) can be fixed.
