Follow-up Comment #4, bug #32738 (project pypdflib):
can you check the output of render module of silpa? Santhosh made these
changes there yesterday. If that is also working fine, then we may have to see
whether we are missing anything else. Pango Markup Language support is with
pango itself. It provides a set_markup method.

You just compile pypdflib once again try it. I think it should work.
