[PULL v3 02/28] libvhost-user: Allow vu_message_read to be replaced

From: Stefan Hajnoczi
Subject: [PULL v3 02/28] libvhost-user: Allow vu_message_read to be replaced
Date: Fri, 23 Oct 2020 16:21:21 +0100

From: Coiby Xu <coiby.xu@gmail.com>

Allow vu_message_read to be replaced by one which will make use of the
QIOChannel functions. Thus reading vhost-user message won't stall the
guest. For slave channel, we still use the default vu_message_read.
