It boots just fine here.  The install doesn't even stop at the third
file like the ReactOS beta on QEMU 0.5.1.

Have you tried it with QEMU 0.5.2 (or current CVS)?  AFAIK ReactOS
doesn't work with QEMU 0.5.1.
