ok, the patch compiles clean, but:

1) I need to launch it inside a msys/rxvt to see the output of the
stdio console
2) it doesn't work natively inside a cmd.exe
3) even inside the rxvt, it doesn't take command in. Asking for
'help' or 'c' or 'q' do not work at all yet.

Thanks anyway for the hint on the correct bindkeys. :)
