Hi!

I wonder if there are any plans for emulating an DEC21040/21140 PCI-type NIC?

We use an old LynxOS 2.3 system at work. The machines and the old coax-network is getting old and we still needs the system.
I've done a transfer to an disk-image and it runs perfectly in QEMU on Linux. The only sad thing is that none of the supported nic's have any support in LynxOS 2.3
The cards we currently are using SMC EtherPower PCI who are DEC21040-based.

But actually, MS VirtualPC 07' that uses DEC21140 emulation i think, it works! But it sucks, and it runs at very high cpu-usage even on idle-times compared to qemu.

DEC21040 or "tulip" as it called sometimes i think, is a very popular adaptor on various platforms, maybe it would be an good idea to implent it..?

Best regards, and thanks for a great piece of software!
