Saswata has over 7 years of experience in Development of Software Systems (involving different life-cycle and development methodologies), and 8 years in Project Management. Saswatas prolific process consulting experience includes facilitating the CMMI and Software CMM Framework for clients such as Accenture, China; Singapore Technologies, Singapore; Robert Bosch, Malaysia; Canon India, India; Great Eastern Life, Singapore; Custommedia, Malaysia; FSLL, Hong Kong; TSMC, Taiwan; Datamatics Technologies Limited, India etc. He also teaches courses on CMMI; Software Quality Management, Peer Reviews, Software Project Management, Software Estimation etc for many clients.
