Yeah, you are right! So I will use the condition "if 
(cpu_has_apic_feature(cpu_model) || smps > 1)" to decide whether ICC bus is 
needed or not?

Do you mean scripts/checkpatch.pl? I has used it, and "total: 0 errors, 0 
warnings, 319 lines checked".
