So let's explicitly name is KVM_IOEVENTFD_S390_VIRTIO_CCW or even
KVM_IOEVENTFD_S390_VIRTIO_CCW_NOTIFY?
Also, maybe we want to add KVM_IOEVENTFD_S390_VIRTIO_NOTIFY as well?
