Description of problem:
viostor fails with DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL BOSD under attach interface.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
virtio-win : virtio-win-0.1.126
host : x86_64, linux, 4.4.0-62-generic, ubuntu 16.04 Server
guest : windows-10-x64
qemu : 2.9.0
libvirt : 3.4.0


How reproducible:
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch a new guest domain, based on an XML description likes attachment file 
"domain-01.xml", by libvirt API virDomainCreateXML. The domain is not 
persistent.
2. Fix "Balloon", "NetKVM" and "viostor", and then fix windows operation
3. Shutoff domain. The domain is not persistent, so it will be destroyed.
4. Launch the guest domain again, based on an new XML description likes 
attachment file "domain-02.xml" which is two interfaces more than the last 
time, by libvirt API virDomainCreateXML.
5. Problem is reproduce. viostor fails with DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL BOSD


Actual results:
viostor fails with DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL BOSD


Expected results:
no any fails


Additional info:
I find this bug was fixed on Date 08 April 2012. However, 0.1.126 version 
reproduce.
