Subject: [Qemu-devel] [PATCH 5/5] tpm: convert tpm_tis.c to use trace-events

Leave the DEBUG_TIS for more debugging and convert to use if (DEBUG_TIS)
rather than #if DEBUG_TIS where it is being used.
