Hmm..build_memory_hotplug_aml() doesn’t do much if io_base address
Is not initialized. So we need the acpi_memory_hotplug_init().
Also, I think acpi_memory_plug_cb() needs to be called for cold-plugged dimm
otherwise the scan wont detect it.
