[PULL 009/108] virtiofsd: remove unused notify reply support

From: Dr. David Alan Gilbert (git)
Subject: [PULL 009/108] virtiofsd: remove unused notify reply support
Date: Thu, 23 Jan 2020 16:44:51 +0000

From: Stefan Hajnoczi <address@hidden>

Notify reply support is unused by virtiofsd. The code would need to be
updated to validate input buffer sizes. Remove this unused code since
changes to it are untestable.
