[PATCH v4 10/19] target/mips: fpu: Remove now unused UNFUSED_FMA and FLOAT_FMA macros |

After demacroing <MADD|MSUB|NMADD|NMSUB>.<D|S|PS>, these macros
are not needed anymore.
