[PULL for-5.2 3/4] target/s390x: fix execution with icount

From: Cornelia Huck
Subject: [PULL for-5.2 3/4] target/s390x: fix execution with icount
Date: Fri, 6 Nov 2020 14:12:51 +0100

From: Pavel Dovgalyuk <pavel.dovgalyuk@ispras.ru>

This patch adds some gen_io_start() calls to allow execution
of s390x targets in icount mode with -smp 1.
It enables deterministic timers and record/replay features.
