[PATCH v3 2/3] arm/hvf: Do some cleanups

Subject: [PATCH v3 2/3] arm/hvf: Do some cleanups

- Stop setting current_cpu
- Remove the previous WFx handler
- Simplify locking
- Remove the unused ret variable in hvf_vcpu_exec
