[RFC PATCH 00/15] softmmu: Make various objects target agnostic

Few changes to speed up builds, removing 330 objects.

RFC because of:
- accel hax/whpx changes
- sysemu/memory_mapping target_ulong -> hwaddr
which i'm not sure of the impacts.
